With 5 ingredients and 3 spices, you can make a delicious, nutrient dense fulfilling meal in minutes. I did add additional greens to mine (Kale) because it blends in nicely and adds more nutrients to the meal.
1 14 oz can diced tomatoes (no salt if you can find it)
1 14 oz can chick peas (no salt)
1 can Pumpkin puree
1 grated zucchini
1/2 diced onion
1 tsp Garam Marsala
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 C water
Add 1-2 tsp. of water to sauté pan and sauté onion and then add in the zucchini and sauté about 5 min.
Add in cans of chick peas, pumpkin and diced tomato and stir well
Add in the seasoning and stir well
Add in the water and cover for about 10 minutes
Stir in extra greens if desired
